Production method The Winiveria Tsinandali is produced in a "European" way. The grapes are picked manually. The fermentation takes an average of two weeks at a temperature of 13-15 ° C.
Taste Aromas of mandarin, elderflower and pear. It is a delicious summer wine suitable for poultry, seafood, goat cheese, salads and Indian and Asian dishes. Serve the wine at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
